Clore Leadership and Green Park partner on new survey: Leadership, Inclusion and Workforce Asymmetry Survey

Clore Leadership and Green Park have partnered to explore the leadership challenges, recruitment pressures and organisational changes facing arts, culture and creative organisations today.
We know many organisations are navigating a more complex environment: constrained funding, changing audience expectations, new demands on leaders, uneven access to opportunity, and the challenge of building inclusive organisations that can attract, retain and develop the right people.
This short survey should take around 5 minutes and will help us all understand current market drivers in the area of inclusive leadership and talent:
- which leadership and board roles are hardest to recruit or sustain
- how inclusion and representation affect leadership pipelines
- where organisations are feeling pressure in attracting, retaining and developing leaders
- how workforce asymmetry is showing up in practice
- what kinds of support, insight or leadership development would be most useful
Your responses will help inform Clore Leadership’s future thinking, support and programme design, as well as Green Park’s understanding and benchmarking of current attitudes and good practices in the sector. All responses will be treated in confidence and used only for research and service development purposes.
Thank you in advance for your input.
