This webinar is for Chairs and Vice Chairs who want to strengthen, refresh and future-proof their boards. While trustee recruitment is important, this session goes deeper – exploring how to deal with legacy boards, review performance, and ensure your charity’s governance stays fit for purpose. We’ll look at how to have those difficult conversations, plan for trustee and leadership succession, and share learning with others who’ve been there too.
During this session we will cover:
- Understand when and how to review the effectiveness of your board and individual trustees
- Gain practical tools for refreshing a board you’ve inherited, including moving on long-standing or unsuitable members
- Learn how to build a healthy pipeline for trustee succession and bring in new skills and perspectives
- Plan for your own succession as Chair
- Join us to gain practical tools, peer support and renewed confidence in leading your board forward.
