This course will be delivered virtually via Zoom in two separate 2.5 hour sessions.

The first of these will take place on the 19.01.2022 at 10-12.30 / the second will take place on the 26.01.2022 10-12.30. Both of these are necessary to complete the full training.

Business planning is critical to building resilience for your organisation, and it goes hand in hand with fundraising strategically. This session will support you to create or develop your business plan, and ensure it is a useful and ‘living’ tool for the organisation.

The course supports participants to integrate your business plan into the work of your organisation, and will teach you how to effectively dovetail a business plan with other strategy documents. 

Who is it for?

This course is aimed at CEOs or Directors looking to build effective business plans.

You will learn:

• The structure of an effective business plan

• Effective team and stakeholder planning

• Models to make good strategic choices

• Benchmarking, risk management and building effective finances

• Keeping the strategy alive and flexible
