The consultant/s commissioned will work directly with the Board to facilitate an informed discursive approach, to enable the Board to understand and agree the strategic perspective on equalities, diversity and inclusion, which can be adopted and cascaded as part of the One Compton Verney principle. They will also establish a board recruitment plan for equalities, diversity and inclusion. The preferred consultants will be selected on the basis of their suitability to meet the aims of this project.
The approach will be designed by the consultant as part of the submission, ideally completing the work with the Board by the end of June 2021, to inform the Away Day in July and commencements of Board recruitment.
The Board are open to new ways of working, challenge and exploration, learning and new thinking, new perspectives and informed opinions, lived experiences and new experiences.
The fee for this work is £5,000 (Inc. VAT and expenses). Submissions in writing emailed to Julie.firstname.lastname@example.org by 21st March, 2021.
Short submission to include:
- Approach to working with the Board
- Preparatory work e.g. reading or on-line training for Trustees if appropriate
- Time frame and ways of working (Teams/Zoom/In Person)
