A practical tool to help you move from intention to impact and create tangible change
Our EDI Benchmarking Tool is designed to help your board review its performance and set bespoke goals relating to EDI policies and processes, acknowledging that a one-size-fits-all approach isn’t suitable for EDI.
After undertaking initial benchmarking, the tool will provide a score across different aspects of EDI in your governance, along with insights and free resources to help you work on the areas you’re seeking to improve, supporting structured accountability.
