Join Clore Leadership and the Cultural Governance Alliance for a dynamic half‑day workshop exploring one of the most crucial relationships: Chair & CEO.
Following the recently published CEO & Chair guidance developed by Fiona Allan, Strategy & Governance Consultant, and Arts Council England, this workshop will include a panel conversation, guided case study discussions, and workshop activities to explore challenges and opportunities within the Chair & CEO relationship. Participants will take away clear, practical insights from the guidance and time to consider and explore how these could apply in their own organisations. To view the newly published guidance, please click here.
Fiona Allan expands on the complex relationship between Chair and CEO in an article in The Stage.
Who is the event for?
This in person workshop is designed for Chairs, CEO’s and Senior and Executive leaders from cultural arts, creative and heritage sectors. While we welcome participants from organisations of all sizes from across these sectors, we encourage two colleagues (Chair & CEO from each organisation) to attend together, as this typically leads to better engagement and implementation of learning.
We are offering a 10% Cultural Governance Alliance Member discount during the first week of sales. Sign up to the CGA here
