Overview
You’re invited to a free key event aimed at raising your awareness of the importance of racial diversity on not for profit boards and showcasing the unique and affordable support we offer to organisations looking to increase their board diversity and inclusion.
You’ll hear about our purpose and future plans, the resources we’ve developed such as our Black and Asian Network Organisations Database and our Board Connects network of aspiring and current Black and Asian trustees. You’ll also learn from our groundbreaking pilot initiatives – Action not Words, Black and Asian Future Chairs’ Academy and Pathways to Trusteeship and see the results of our 2025 needs survey on barriers and challenges.
We hope you’ll partner us in bridging the huge gap of 60,000 Black and Asian trustees required to achieve proportionate racial representation on boards!
